Franchise Pack

You want to run your own, home-based business. You are looking for a side gig, that will let you make some extra money without investing thousands of dollars. You like working with people, and you have a passion for tea. If this describes you, an Elora Tea franchise might be for you.

Our home-based franchise pack provides you with everything you need to start up a home-based tea business, without the substantial upfront cost associated with starting a business from scratch. The pack, which costs $350 plus HST includes:

• marketing materials (a $120 value)
• a training course about types of teas, ingredients, and tea sourcing (a $250 value)
• a sample pack of 16 different teas (a $128 value).
• a set of tea accessories to use as display items for customers (a $40 value)
• a franchise fee (a $350 value).

The franchise model is simple.  You take orders and payment at retail prices locally, then submit a bulk order to us at wholesale prices. We ship the tea to you, pre-packaged for local sale, which you then deliver to your customers.

The cost for our franchise pack is $350. To apply to become a franchisee, purchase the franchise pack below. We will then email you an application package, and will meet with you within 2 weeks so we can see if your becoming a franchisee is a good fit for us both. We'll explain our home-based franchise model, as well as other options, such as opening a farmers market franchise, and will provide advice about the costs and benefits of doing so.

If we agree that an Elora Tea franchise is a good fit for us both, you'll enter into a formal franchise contract with us. You'll be sent your franchise pack, along with links to our training materials.  Once you have completed the training, which takes around 10 hours, you can start running your business.  If it seems like becoming a franchisee wouldn't be a good fit you'll be reimbursed in full, and we will send you some free teas with our good wishes, to thank you for your time.
